This position offers outstanding development, exposure to international entities, and long-term career progression. Reporting to the Finance Team Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for and assisting with the following duties Reviewing, coding, and processing supplier invoices Matching invoices to POs and delivery receipts prior to approval Preparing and executing supplier payments in multiple currencies Completing account reconciliations and resolving aged items Assisting with month-end close and reporting activities Managing vendor relationships and handling supplier queries Investigating and resolving invoicing discrepancies Maintaining accurate transaction records and supporting audit processes Supporting process improvement and automation initiatives Carrying out any other tasks as required The above reflects typical responsibilities and is not an exhaustive list.
