Job Overview
The Health and Wellbeing Hub funded through the Chesterfield Royal Hospital Charity provides a holistic space for colleagues to access the array of health and wellbeing services that the Trust and Joined Up Care Derbyshire has to offer for our colleagues.
We are looking for casual Health Improvement Advisors (Band 4) to support the planning and delivery of the services and activities that are delivered out of the Hub. You will work alongside other colleagues who support the Trust's Health and Wellbeing services.
These roles will embed a high impact, inclusive and engaging health and wellbeing programme which supports our people and support the delivery of high-quality patient care. We want you to be passionate about our people, our patients and their families, and the public service we provide.

Advert
Support the day-to-day operations of the Health and Wellbeing Hub and the programming of H&W services within this, maximising the facilities usage.
Day to day support of membership systems, inductions and client programmes and opportunity engagement protocols.
Responsible for managing and maintaining health and fitness equipment.
Working with the Workforce Health and Wellbeing Lead and Senior HIA to develop and implement health and wellbeing programmes, including inclusive physical activity opportunities and wider determinants of health.
Support Trust Wellbeing Champions.
Support the implementation of the Trusts and the Integrated Care Systems (ICS) Wellbeing ambitions, including leading the delivery of physical activity services against set KPIs and ensuring responsiveness to the needs of colleagues.
Design and deliver a range of physical activity and wellbeing interventions that meets the needs of our Health and Social Care Colleagues.
As these are facility-based roles the successful applicants will be required to a work a shift patterns on a causal basis. With potential for this to expand once the services become embedded. You will be required to work from the Chesterfield Royal Hospital site.

Level 3 or equivalent in a physical health, wellbeing or related subject or Clinical Qualification (Current NMC/HCPC or CIMSPA registration at practitioner level)
A L3 Physical Activity/Fitness qualifications or similar (minimum CIMSPA Level 4) (Formerly REPS)
Desirable criteria

Essential criteria
Experience of delivering health and wellbeing services within Health, Leisure, Fitness, Sport or Physical Activity sector with appropriate fitness industry knowledge

Experience of developing and implementing wellbeing and physical activity interventions for a range of stakeholders
