Job Description
3. Set up and operate CNC machines to produce components according to specifications.
4. Interpret technical drawings and ensure precision in machining processes.
5. Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
6. Monitor and inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance.
7. Adjust machine settings and tooling as necessary to meet production requirements.
8. Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
9. Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
10. Adhere to health and safety protocols within the manufacturing environment.
The Successful Applicant
11. Proven experience in CNC machining within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
12. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
13. Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment maintenance.
14. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
15. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
16. Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

18. Shift Pattern Monday to Thursday
19. Early shift: 6.00am - 2.00pm
20. Night 10pm to 6am
21. back shift 2pm to 10pm
22. Friday Early shift: 6.00am - 12.20pm, Night 6:40pm to 1am,back shift 12:20pm to 6:40pm
