About the role
Lloyd & Whyte, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for a Broking Platform Analyst to join our Technical Operations team based in the UK.
The ideal candidate will support and maintain group broking platforms ensuring they are compliant, up to date and that issues are resolved in an acceptable time frame. As well as managing the delivery of allocated projects to enable the organisation to maximise the use of group trading applications in support of the business strategy.
This role will be remote with the expectation to travel to our UK sites on an adhoc basis.

What you'll be doing
* Reporting, tracking and resolution of support requests in line with agreed SLA's
* Performing routine administration and application upgrades to provide continued stability and compliance
* Working with internal and external Project Management teams to deliver technical projects in line with the project lifecycle
* Identification and implementation of process redesign and continuous improvement programmes to aid application and user efficiency
* Knowledge of relevant regulatory and legislative requirements affecting the business
What you'll need to have
* Proficient to an advanced level of Microsoft Excel with the added ability to learn new platforms quickly
* Be forward thinking, organised, proactive and deadline driven to support the wider team
* Quality orientated with great attention to detail
* Confident and capable in communicating, presenting, networking, managing relationships
* Knowledge and experience of common broking platforms
What makes you stand out
* Experience of working in financial services/insurance industry
* Level 3 qualification in relevant field, or willingness to work towards
