HR Business Partner - North & International

With an impressive portfolio of fashion and lifestyle brands, they are expanding into new sectors and markets and are now seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join their team.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site retail environment and wants to be part of a collaborative, values-driven team.
The Role
As HR Business Partner - North & International, you will:
* Partner with UK (North) and International retail teams to provide strategic and operational HR support
* Deliver across a broad range of HR areas including employee relations, L&D, engagement, reward, and succession planning
* Act as a key contact during store openings, closures, and structural changes
* Develop and deliver HR projects aligned with business goals, providing key people insights and metrics
* Coach and support leaders and managers, ensuring a consistent and legally compliant approach
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a multi-site retail or customer-focused environment
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law; international exposure (particularly US) is required.
* A commercial mindset, with the ability to deliver results and influence stakeholders
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
* Comfortable with travel across the UK and internationally as required
