Retentions Advisor – Glasgow (G4 9XA)
- £27,976.48 base salary + uncapped bonus (£31,000-£36,000 OTE)
- Monday to Friday – No evenings or weekends

What you'll do:
As a retentions advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers considering cancelling their accounts. Your role will involve:
- Understanding reasons for cancellation
- Providing solutions and guidance to retain customers
- Delivering excellent service and building strong customer relations
- Meeting retention targets whilst ensuring customer satisfaction
What you'll need:
- 2+ years contact centre/customer service experience, ideally in a sales environment due to volume of calls.
- Experience in retentions (desirable, but not essential)
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Positive attitude and target‑driven mind
- Successful candidates must pass a DBS check
