SR. REGULATORY LAWYER – 5+ years experience (PQE). 18‑month temporary contract (FTC) – London, hybrid work (minimum 2 days/week in‑office). Salary: £63,000 – £65,000 (DOE).
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of officers, supervising complex and high‑risk cases, and managing challenging legal matters.
* Support team development and contribute to organisational projects and goals.
* Manage workloads, meet deadlines, and handle investigations or complaints using electronic case systems and performance‑management tools.
* Oversee caseload within a case‑work environment, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified solicitor, barrister, FCILEx, or foreign‑qualified lawyer with experience supervising staff and managing caseloads.
* Strong legal knowledge, sound judgment and effective risk assessment skills.
* Proven ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
