What the Job Involves This role involves coordinating and chairing Child Protection Conferences and Statutory Childcare Reviews, ensuring high standards of practice and documentation in these areas. You will deputize for the Resource Manager in safeguarding matters, assist with data collation, maintain records, and ensure information accuracy. Additionally, the role includes participation in training programs, liaison with other professionals, and assisting in the recruitment and evaluation of the Child Protection system.
