Role Information
To ensure the service we provide to patients is not affected, we are creating a pipeline of customer-focused candidates who believe in our company values and are ready to work within a modern office and vibrant team as a Patient Services Therapy Co-ordinator.
Our patient services team are the first point of contact for our patients. A typical day involves making or receiving phone calls, confirming patient stock levels, booking medication deliveries, and resolving queries.
The service operates from Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm. We are currently recruiting for part-time staff on a fixed-term contract.
