We help first-time buyers, buy-to-let investors, and remortgage clients navigate the UK property market — in their language, with their culture in mind. The Role
We're looking for a qualified, experienced Mortgage Adviser to join our team and take on a caseload of warm, referred clients from day one. You'll be advising primarily Brazilian Portuguese-speaking clients across residential and buy-to-let mortgages, providing a genuinely personal and culturally-aware service that sets Dream Casa apart.
You won't be cold calling or hunting for leads — our clients come to us through community trust, referrals, and an established digital presence.
What You'll Be Doing
* Advising clients on residential mortgages, remortgages, and buy-to-let products
* Conducting fact-finds and producing compliant, tailored mortgage recommendations
* Managing your own pipeline from enquiry through to completion
* Building lasting relationships with clients and introducers
* Collaborating with our protection adviser and admin support to deliver a seamless client experience
What We're Looking For
* CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) — essential
* Fluent in both Brazilian Portuguese and English — essential
* Proven experience as a mortgage adviser in the UK market
* Strong understanding of the residential and buy-to-let mortgage landscape
* Excellent communication skills and a warm, client-first approach
* Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving business environment
