Castle Ward is a large site with lots going on, so there's always plenty to do! We're a small team and we work closely together to make sure we're keeping standards high. Day to day, you’ll deliver a great all-round customer service experience. At the Admission point, you'll be their first port of call on site so you'll be well informed, welcoming and be ready and able to adapt to whatever happens, keeping the whole team informed about changes. Your role is to make sure our visitors have the best day they can. In Reception, you might be lending out a mobility scooter, giving directions or hiring out one of our fleet of bikes.Great visitor experiences are in our nature, and we believe everyone should feel welcomed, appreciated and more engaged because of the excellent service you provide.
