About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment/Bookings Coordinator to support the administrative and operational side of our healthcare & childcare team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, managing systems, and ensuring bookings are processed accurately and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for the coordination and administration of bookings, acting as a central point of contact and ensuring all information is correct and up to date. Key Responsibilities * Processing and administering bookings for healthcare and/or childcare professionals * Confirming shift details, timesheets, and attendance * Updating and maintaining booking systems with accurate information * Checking compliance documentation before confirming bookings * Handling booking amendments, cancellations, and rebooking’s * Responding to booking-related queries via phone and email * Supporting recruitment consultants with administrative and/or recruitment tasks * Ensuring records are maintained in line with company and regulatory requirements Skills & Experience * Previous administrative or coordination experience (healthcare, childcare or recruitment desirable but not essential) * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately * Good organisational and time-management skills * Confident using IT systems, databases, and Microsoft Office * C...
