Key Responsibilities:
System Management: Take charge of the client-facing portals, ensuring smooth operations, setting up new clients, and managing changes.
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, gathering feedback, and implementing necessary improvements.
Issue Resolution and Training: Address client concerns, provide necessary training, and resolve any system-related issues efficiently.
