Join our team at Benugo Cafe in Leeds, United Kingdom! We're looking for friendly and customer-focused individuals to become part of our cafe team. As a Benugo Cafe Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.
* Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
* Take food and beverage orders accurately and process payments
* Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees
* Assist in food preparation and presentation
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe area
* Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
* Adhere to all food safety and health regulations
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude
* Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in food handling and safety practices
* Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations
* Demonstrated teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate
* Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in food service or retail (preferred)
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
