What Theyre Looking For
Theyre keen to meet someone who is:
Experienced as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant QS within construction
Ideally familiar with drylining, partitions, ceilings or interior packages
Commercially aware and confident working with contractors and site teams
Organised and capable of managing multiple projects
A strong communicator with good negotiation skills
Motivated, proactive and keen to progress their career
The Opportunity
Youll play a key role within the commercial team, helping ensure projects are delivered successfully from tender stage through to final account while maintaining strong relationships with clients and project teams.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys being hands-on commercially, solving problems and contributing to project success while building their long-term career within the construction industry.
