We’re on the hunt for a Site Administrator who can keep our site operations running smoothly. Your organisational skills will be essential in managing paperwork, people, and site compliance.
Responsibilities
1. Supporting site administration and ensuring compliance with audits such as Security Audits, Site Classification Assessments (SCA), and HSEQ Audits.
2. Managing time and attendance data for payroll and resolving payroll queries with the Head Office team.
3. Handling new starter and termination forms on the system, updating records, and coordinating changes with HR Shared Services.
4. Monitoring and managing site consumables and placing orders to prevent shortages in consumables and packaging materials.
5. Producing weekly KPI reports and presentation packs for site management.
Requirements
* Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution administration.
* Strong IT skills, especially in Excel and scheduling systems.
* Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
* Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
