ECommerce Administrative Assistant -

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.
This role is key to supporting our e-commerce and healthcare operations, ensuring seamless order processing, accurate stock control, and excellent customer communication.
You will work closely with internal departments and external partners, playing a vital role in coordinating logistics, maintaining product data, and supporting day-to-day admin across multiple service areas.
What You'll Be Doing
* Act as the first point of contact for customer service – Answering phones, resolving queries, responding to customers and suppliers as well as perform general administrative duties to support the eCommerce and healthcare operations.
* Manage e-commerce order admin – Liaise with couriers to arrange dispatch and track deliveries, respond to queries on orders, returns, and stock. Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and descriptions on the WMS.
* Co-ordinate healthcare kitting administration – Track and manage healthcare kit preparation per client guidelines and document each batch accurately.
* Support stock movement and inventory – Monitor and record stock transfers across departments and locations, assist with stock counts and reconciliation. Update internal systems with accurate product data, flag low stock and raise alerts or purchase requests.
* Handle goods-in and receiving – Check and log incoming deliveries, inspect goods for accuracy and quality as well as record information into stock management systems.
What We're Looking For
* Qualifications & Experience – Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and other admin tools. Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and has strong communication skills, written and verbal.
* Preferred – Full UK driving licence, business or administration qualifications, Experience in e-commerce, warehousing, or healthcare product handling and familiarity with inventory and stock control systems.
* Personal Attributes – Proactive and highly organised self-starter who is confident and collaborative team player. Calm and adaptable under pressure and has strong problem-solving and reasoning skills with professional telephone manner.
