We're looking for a hands-on growth marketer to lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. Ultimately, you will be responsible for creating content that truly moves the needle and supports our ambitious growth goals in a measurable way.

What you'll do
* Drive ideation, strategy, and execution of campaigns that build awareness and generate pipeline
* Own content creation across channels (social, email, ads, video, podcasts) — from concept through to publishing and measurement
* Leverage marketing automation to create personalized experiences at scale
* Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and the founding team to translate our technology into clear, compelling stories that drive sales conversations
* Enhance our technology's explanation through intelligent, data-driven, and aesthetically appealing content
* Track KPIs and optimize campaigns based on real performance data
* Contribute to the culture and visual foundation of our brand as we grow
What we're looking for
* 1–2 years of hands-on marketing experience with a proven track record of delivering measurable results
* Familiarity with building campaigns tailored to different stages of the customer journey, from awareness through to retention
* A creative storyteller with a data-driven mindset
* Strong writing and content creation skills (design/video experience is a bonus)
* Comfort with social media, marketing automation, and analytics tools
* A self-starter who wants ownership and thrives in a fast-moving environment
