We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support one of our Divisional Directors at Helping Hands. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow into a strategic support role. About the Role As PA to the Divisional Director, you’ll be a key part of our leadership support team, helping to manage schedules, communications, and priorities. You’ll need to be confident enough to challenge when needed, chase up actions, and ensure deadlines are met. This role requires someone who’s not just organised, but also adaptable, discreet, and driven to deliver high-quality work.
