Are you a highly organized marketing executor who thrives on turning campaign plans into reality? We’re looking for a Campaign Executive to join our marketing team and become the operational engine behind our marketing campaigns across retail, wholesale, and tyre brands.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering integrated campaigns across digital, in-store, and traditional channels, ensuring every campaign launches on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards. You’ll work closely with Brand Managers, Creative, Digital teams, and external agencies, taking ownership of the operational execution so strategic teams can focus on campaign planning and performance.
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Delivery
* Own end-to-end campaign execution, from briefing agencies to coordinating assets and launching campaigns.
* Deliver campaigns across digital (email, social, web), in-store POS, and traditional channels.
* Ensure 100% adherence to approved briefs and timelines.
Project Management
* Build detailed project plans, milestones, and timelines using project management tools.
* Run campaign stand‑ups where required and proactively resolve blockers.
* Drive on‑time campaign delivery with zero critical delays per quarter.
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Act as the central coordination point for campaign delivery.
* Work closely with:
* Brand Strategy Managers
* Creative & Design
* Digital teams (SEO, Social, Web)
* Finance
* Facilitate clear briefing, feedback loops, and approvals.
* Execute integrated campaigns across:
* Protyre centers
* Email, SMS, Social Media
* Print and in-store POS
* Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all channels.
Campaign Performance & Optimization
* Track campaign metrics using tools such as:
* Google Analytics
* Mailchimp
* PHOCAS
* Optimize campaigns in-flight by adjusting underperforming elements and scaling successful ones.
Budget & Financial Management
* Track campaign spend against budgets.
* Work with the Marketing Financial Executive on purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and invoice tracking.
* Identify opportunities to deliver campaigns under budget without compromising quality.
Compliance & Brand Integrity
* Ensure campaigns comply with:
* ASA advertising standards
* GDPR
* Brand guidelines across Protyre, House brands, and Premium brands.
* Coordinate approvals with Legal and Brand teams before launch.
* Lead post‑campaign reviews with key stakeholders.
* Improve templates, workflows, and processes to enhance campaign delivery efficiency.

* Reports to: Marketing Operations Manager
* Responsible Director: Group Marketing Director
