£30,000 Basic + Commission (OTE £45,000+)
Hours: 37.5 per week (Opening Hours: Monday - Friday 10am - 8pm, Saturday 10am - 6pm and Sunday 11am - 5pm)

The Role
As a Sales Consultant, youre not just sellingyoure creating an experience.
Youll bring the brand to life on the showroom floor, turning furniture shopping into something effortless, inspiring, and memorable. Youll connect with customers, understand their style, and help them create a home that reflects who they are.
This is a hands-on, high-energy role where personality, creativity, and commercial performance come together.
What Youll Be Doing
Youll be instrumental in shaping a showroom experience that feels more like a destination than a store. Every interaction starts with you - welcoming customers with confidence, energy, and authenticity, and guiding them through a seamless, style-led journey that feels effortless and inspiring.
Rather than simply selling, youll curate. Through genuine, consultative conversations, youll uncover how customers want their space to feel, translating that into considered, design-led furniture choices that reflect their lifestyle. Youll take full ownership of the journey from first connection through to completion, ensuring every detail feels smooth, elevated, and on-brand.
Commercially, youll bring a sharp, intuitive mindset - naturally identifying opportunities to enhance each interaction, maximise value, and consistently deliver strong personal and team performance.
Alongside this, youll play a key role in maintaining a showroom that is visually striking and culturally relevant. From supporting visual merchandising to contributing to in-store activations, youll help ensure the space always feels fresh, aspirational, and somewhere customers genuinely want to spend time.
