Supervise technical staff to ensure safe, compliant working practices. Manage aircraft documentation and ensure accurate certification entries. Oversee materials, tools, and working environment cleanliness. Encourage and support a Just Culture through open reporting. Maintain high standards of Health, Safety & Environmental compliance. Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including military colleagues. Support deployments, short‑notice flying tasks, and AOG recoveries. Act as lead engineer on flying tasks, ensuring effective communication with Part CAMO. Provide comprehensive debriefs for oncoming shifts. What you'll bring CAA B1 Licence with A330 Type Rating and company authorisation. Demonstrated experience in line maintenance certification. Proven leadership capability, with experience mentoring and developing others. Strong understanding of line maintenance operational demands. Ability to drive objectives and deliver within set timescales. Competent user of Airnav and Envision systems. Effective communication skills, including liaison with external agencies. Experience leading short‑notice AOG recoveries, including from deployed locations.
