The Role
We are looking for an Academy Head Coach to lead and deliver in-line with our methodology, to our pre-academy age players, building impactful connections with children and their families at the beginning of their footballing journey, helping them start their love for football.
Who We Are
At Pro Elite Football Academy, we're on a mission to become the go-to first step in every child's sporting journey. We specialise in delivering fun, high-quality football sessions for children aged 18 months to 12 years, with over 1,300 active superstars across our flagship academies in Enfield & Barnet and a growing network of franchise academies nationwide.
We have had 20 players go on to sign professionally, and we have opportunities to coach at Academy Games Programme' fixtures monthly.
Our coaching is rooted in academy-level standards, with a strong focus on ball mastery, creativity, and confidence-building — all within a supportive, family-first environment. Your day-to-day
* Lead across our indoor and outdoor venues.
* Collaborate with colleagues across our Academy - you'll work closely with multiple individuals, our Head of Academy Coaching, Coach Developer
* Support player transitions - you will eagerly build positive relationships with players and families, supporting smooth transitions from age-groups.
What We Are Looking For
* Coaching experience at multiple age-groups; including pre-school, pre-academy and foundation phase players.
* Credible expertise - you are working towards a UEFA C Licence
* Background in designing coaching programmes and training sessions
* Motivation and drive - you're an ambitious individual with a commitment, passion and patience for long term player development
* Certificates in First Aid and Safeguarding - you've got an FA Safeguarding Certificate and a First Aid Certification
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills - you're able to operate as part of a Coaching team and within the guidelines set by our Academy Manager and you build impactful relationships with colleagues, as well as deep rapport with players and their families
* Organised and adaptable mindset - you come with exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Ambassador for our club - you can act as a role model at all times, embodying our Academy's values
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.21-£20.00 per hour
