Responsibilities: We own and mature our service management processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management. We establish and maintain service governance, including process documentation, policy and procedure review, and continual improvement. We lead audit preparation and compliance assurance, coordinating and delivering audit evidence on time. We support regulatory and contractual service management requirements through formalised processes and consistent documentation. We coordinate and track information systems audit improvement plans and report on remediation progress. We monitor and report on service performance, including KPIs, trends, and risks. We produce regular infrastructure and network service reporting and highlight priorities for resilience and security improvement. We build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide clear communication. We set expectations effectively and work to improve customer satisfaction. We stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT service management and apply them pragmatically to improve outcomes.
