Overview
The Redbridge Universal Children's Service (0-19 years) delivers public health programmes and interventions that improve health outcomes for children, young people and their families. As part of the Special School and Complex Needs Nursing Team, you will:
Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of patients.
* Assess, plan, deliver and review care.
* Work closely with families, carers, education providers, and the wider MDT.
* Support improved health outcomes for babies, children and young people with complex needs.
About the role
We are looking for Band 5 and Band 6 Paediatric Nurses or Registered Nurses with experience in caring for babies, children and young people with complex needs.
Qualifications
* NMC Registered
* Understanding of babies, children and young people with complex health needs
* Be able to work independently
* Excellent communication skills
* Evidence of MDT working
* Knowledge of safeguarding
* IT skills
