Academy Experience Co-ordinator
Hours: 37 p/week – Monday – Fr@iday.
Location: Manchester, city centre
Salary: from £30,000 DOE
Based in the training facility, the Academy Experience Co-ordinator will be pivotal in creating an exceptional experience for delegates, speakers and colleagues as well as prov@iding comprehensive data and feedback to the business in line with the overall L&D strategy.

As an Academy Experience Co-ordinator, your role will include:
* Owner of the day to day running of the {my}dentist Academy facility and programmes, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for delegates and tutors.
* Build relationships with external tutors and internal customers of the Academy facility to truly understand their needs and factor this into their overall learning experience
* Act as the first point of contact (online, phone and in person) for queries from all internal colleagues and external speakers, cons@ider how we continually drive a high-quality service to all of the Academy customers.
* Prepare course materials and set up the training rooms for both clinical and non-clinical sessions.
* Liaising with cleaners, contractors and other prov@iders to ensure the facilities maintenance and cleanliness is kept on top of at all times.
As an Academy Experience Co-ordinator, you will need:
* To have exceptional customer service and strong communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong organisation and planning skills.
* To be conf@ident working with data and systems, including Excel and MS Teams.
* To be comfortable working alone as well as collaborating with the w@ider team and business.
