Company Name: Logic 360 Ltd\n\nJob Opportunity: Car Park Driver\n\nLocation: Gatwick Airport\n\nEmployment Type: Ongoing Contract\n\nWorking Hours: Day Shifts & Night Shifts available - Full Time & Part Time Hours available\n\nDay shift:\n\nHours to start: 4am,5am. Not later than 6am. \n\n8,10 or 12h shift.\n\nNights:\n\nHours to start: 6pm, 8pm, 10pm.\n\nNight shift ends at 6am\n\nThere are no minimum shifts, max is 60h a week.\n\nSalary: Days: £12.70ph - £13.75ph, Nights: £13.25ph - £14.25ph\n\nPaid Lunch Breaks\n\nMonthly Bonus's on offer\n\nInduction Pay available: £78 - £98 for both days.\n\nAbout Us:\n\nWe are a resource partner for the UK’s largest Parking Operators, and we are seeking a Car Park Attendant to support operations at Gatwick Airport.\n\nAs a successful candidate you will be assisting travellers as they arrive to the Airport, giving them a positive experience from the outset as they embark on their journey.\n\nLogic 360 are committed to investing in people and this opportunity can open many doors as we would be willing to upskill individuals who demonstrate an excellent work ethic and commitment to Logic and our Clients. We can Sponsor you as an individual to obtain an Airside Pass giving you the opportunity and versatility to work within other areas at the Airport.\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nThe job involves moving customer vehicles from the terminal to security storage areas for the duration of the customer’s holiday.

Then bringing the cars back to the terminal, parking them into the return bays, scan the keys and pick up another vehicle.\nEnsuring all incidents are reported to the line manager.\nAdhering with all Gatwick Airport directives and regulations\nCompliant with all Health & Safety Legislation\nEssential Skills & Requirements:\n\nRespectful and courteous driving skills that always adhere to road regulations.\nAbility to follow instructions from management and act professionally always.\nGood team player with positive attitude and a commitment to customer service\nExcellent time management skills to ensure that vehicles are delivered and returned promptly.\nEssential Qualifications and Experience:\n\nMust hold a UK Driving License for a minimum of 2 years with no more than 3 penalty points.\nCannot have any of the following driving convictions on your Licence IN10, DR10 or DD10\nValid Passport or Full Birth certificate\nProof of Address and National Insurance Number\nNo Previous unspent or disqualifying Criminal Convictions\nDriving Assessment and Compulsory Induction Training must be completed and will be carried out by our client before commencement of the role. Driving assessment is not at test but an assessment to see how you handle vehicles up and down the multi store car park, parking into a bay and general awareness on the road. Please note you will also be required to do a Highway Code Test.\nMust be 23 years old or older.\nContract Details:\n\nOngoing Contract\nFlexible Contract Type: Part Time / Full Time / On-going rolling contract.\nFlexibility on hours to suit your personal circumstances and commitments (Flexible Shift Patterns: 4 on 4 off, 5 on 2 off, 6 on 3 off)\nShift Hours: 8 - 12 hours a day with various shift options available.\nStart and finish times will vary according to travel demands so must be flexible.\nFree Parking on site\nI’m also happy to inform you that we’ll be running our Summer Retention Bonus again for 2025!

We truly appreciate everything you do, and we’re excited to offer this bonus as a way of saying thank you.\n\nHere’s how the bonus will be awarded for 2025:\n\nStarting in July: £200\n\nTo be able to qualify for the above payment at the end of the season you will need to adhere to the following requirements:\n\nNo more than 2 no-shows during the season (April – October).\nWork at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) for 3 out of 4 weekends each month.\nBe available for 3am, 4am, or 5am shifts if required.\nYou won’t be penalized if you’re ready to work but there aren’t enough available shifts.\nAlways use all both Ubeya and Go-Trak (if there is an issue, please report it immediately)\nAlways adhere to uniform standards to be set out in a separate email at a later stage.\nIf you have caused damage to a vehicle and have not reported to NCP at the time of the incident.\nIf you are found responsible for any major accidents/ damage involving a customers or NCP vehicles due to careless driving/ negligence (Subject to investigation outcome)\nHow to Apply:\n\nIf you feel that you could thrive in a fast-paced environment as a Customer Delivery Driver and would like to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!
