Overview
For over 135 years, we have been giving children from Derbyshire the chance to experience the seaside — often for the very first time. It is a moment of safety, joy, confidence and belonging that stays with them for life. As we reopen and grow our life‑changing work in 2026, this is one of the most important leadership roles in our organisation. Based at our seaside centre in Skegness, you will lead the delivery of residential holidays for children who need them most – creating a safe, welcoming and inspiring environment where confidence can grow and children can simply be children.
