Northgate is a vibrant, multi-cultural primary school, with a real village feel, situated very close to Crawley town centre. Every child is nurtured so they understand their own unique characteristics and feel confident about who they are. We have more than 600 children on roll including a maintained Nursery and Specialist Support Centre (SSC) for children with hearing impairment.
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Phase Leader with excellent interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for leading across two year groups and teaching (0.6) in one of the phase classes. The post is a leadership position and a great stepping stone for Deputy Headship. You will have 2 days leadership time to support your phase team with planning, carry out appraisals, training, phase monitoring and supporting with leadership across the school as required. You will liaise with other Phase Leaders and members of the SLT to continue driving forward improvements for our diverse community.
