Parts Advisor Location: Corby, Northamptonshire Salary: £32,078.09 Contract: Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am 6:00pm Saturday 8:00am 12:00pm (1 hour lunch break) Echo Personnel supporting our client in finding a Parts Advisor to join their team in Corby. This is a busy, hands-on role where no two days are the same, and where youll be at the heart of keeping customers, engineers and the workshop running smoothly. The Role If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, building relationships and keeping things organised, this could be the perfect role for you. You will be the go-to person for parts, stock and customer support, ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time. What Youll Be Doing Helping retail and account customers find the parts and equipment they need Raising, processing and chasing parts orders and invoices Supporting the workshop with a busy counter service and maintaining strong internal relationships Keeping customers updated on order progress, promotions and new products Maintaining stock levels across the showroom and warehouse Booking in deliveries, checking stock and organising the warehouse Carrying out stock checks and audits Promoting special offers and identifying upselling opportunities Occasionally delivering parts and visiting customers off site Supporting the sale and installation of horticultural equipment, including ride-on mowers Completing inventory and departmental documentation Using internal parts databases and systems, including IBCOS This role involves some manual handling, and forklift experience would be a bonus.
