Your Experience: * NVQ Level 4/5 in Leadership & Management (CYP) or equivalent (e.g., DipSW, CMS, CQSW). * Proven senior leadership in children's residential care, with expertise in Ofsted compliance and safeguarding. * A natural motivator-you develop teams through supervision, training, and hands-on support. * Resilient and visionary-you balance policy with creativity to deliver life-changing outcomes. * Full UK driving license (flexibility for on-call/cover is essential).
