The Network Manager will successfully manage Novo Nordisk (NN) CVRM related products at place level (Trust/PCN/Federation) within NHS Integrated Care Systems/Health boards. This promotional role is accountable for the commercial performance and positioning of NN products through securing sales and local patient access within a geographical territory.
Main Responsibilities
* Drive a favourable position for NN products on formularies and within local pathways at place level.
* Drive uptake of products that have access to develop breadth and depth of prescribing to support improved patient outcomes.
* Identify and capture local needs and link the opportunity to improve outcomes through brand performance.
* Demonstrate the value of NN services/products through commercial value propositions aligned with NHS priorities.
* Support system efficiency to ensure care is delivered within an appropriate setting through disease/brand service activities.
* Act as a portfolio expert to secure partnerships with place level decision makers and deliver outcomes that make a difference to patients.
* Support colleagues at ICB/HB level when conversations require greater clinical insight around specific NN products.
* Develop and implement local market access strategies for launch and inline Novo Nordisk brands.
* Build and manage account plans at a PCN, trust and federation level.
* Utilise a promotional budget and track return on investment.
Experience Required
* ABPI qualification with a thorough understanding of the NHS structures, policies, funding streams and processes.
* Strong understanding of the territory, including stakeholders and local structures.
* Experience ensuring market access, securing formularies and developing pathways to maximise prescribing opportunities.
* Excellent commercial acumen and strong analytical, key account management and business planning skills.
* High level of therapy area expertise and product knowledge (Obesity & CVD).
* Track record of delivering client solutions and exceeding sales goals in the CVRM field.
* Strong interpersonal, collaboration and partnering skills in a complex, matrixed environment.
* Excellent communication and ability to build productive partnerships at all levels.
* Confident use of all communication channels to drive efficiencies and improve customer experience.
* Strong desire to improve patient care.
