Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, the Senior Staff Nurse will mentor junior staff and lead the unit in the absence of senior management. What You’ll Bring: * NMC Child Registered Nurse (RN Child / RSCN) with immediate paediatric life support. * Experience in Paediatric Nursing. * Desirable: Experience with tracheostomy care. * Strong communication and clinical governance skills, with an understanding of safeguarding issues.
