Your Role: What Will You Be Doing?
As a Recovery Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality support and interventions to clients with mental health needs. Your mission will be to:
* Support clients throughout their journey in our service.
* Empower them with the skills they need to cope independently.
* Deliver support and interventions aligned with our values and recovery ethos.
* Adhere to our policies and procedures while making a real difference in their lives.
What Do You Need to Bring?
We’re looking for someone who embodies our values and is eager to learn. While you don’t need to check every box, here’s what we hope you’ll bring:
* Experience supporting individuals with mental health and/or dual diagnosis issues.
* A strong understanding of various mental health conditions and relevant legislation.
* Knowledge of recovery-focused approaches and local mental health services.
* Experience in risk assessment and case management.
* Excellent communication skills to engage respectfully with service users and stakeholders.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* A commitment to promoting dignity, respect, and empowerment in all aspects of your work.
