We are currently seeking 60 Warehouse Order Pickers to join our clients growing team in Swindon.
The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of Warehouse operations and experience with materials handling and heavy lifting is beneficial.
You will be working for a worldwide, high street brand, picking goods for store deliveries. This is a fast paced picking role which involves working to pick targets hourly.
**This role is working PM/Night shifts and is a physical, fast paced, targeted picking role**
This is a fantastic position, which is offering an immediate start on an ongoing basis and can lead to a permanent position after a successful trial period!

Benefits of working for this client:
Hourly rate is not age dependent
£15. 56 per hour (18.00 - 22.00)
£18.20 per hour (After 22.00)
Overtime rate paying up to £27.30
Additional rates in place after 13 weeks of employment!

Shifts available for the Warehouse Operative Role:
Any 5 days out of 7 (including weekends - ROTA IS PROVIDED IN ADVANCE)
18.00 pm - Finish (No finish time guaranteed)
Optional overtime throughout the week
3 week rotating pattern - 1 weekend off in every 3
Responsibilities:
To complete all given work tasks in scheduled time base
Working towards hourly and daily pick targets -training is provided
Use of a Low level order picker -training is provided
Use of a voice activated headset and picking system
Wrapping pallets safely
To ensure that all Health and Safety rules and procedures are always adhered to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and visitors
Report any issues or quality problems to your supervisor or line manager
Display excellent levels of teamwork and co-operation when working with colleagues in other departments / other areas of production
To ensure that workplace and equipment is cleaned every day
