Position: Early Years Practitioner
Location: Thrive Boddam Village
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £13.55 per hour
We look after our children first, and we also look after our team. As an Early Years Practitioner you will plan and conduct activities that support children's development, maintain communication with families and collaborate with colleagues to provide a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities
* Plan and conduct activities that cater to children's development.
* Collaborate closely with families through open communication about children's progress and well-being.
* Adhere to regulations and actively engage in ongoing professional development.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and flourish independently.
Qualifications
* Level 3 qualification in line with government guidelines for a Nursery Practitioner.
