Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated support to the Field Sales Team
* Prepare and send customer quotations, following up to secure orders
* Answer incoming calls and manage messages from the call centre
* Welcome visitors and showcase products in the showroom
* Book appointments for surveys and repairs
* Schedule installations for private clients, developers, and housing associations
* Prepare fitter packs for installation teams
* Monitor job progress and ensure prompt payment collection
* Reconcile customer payments using Xero
* Greet and assist showroom visitors, offering product information and demonstrations
Qualifications
* Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
* Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks
* Comfortable working in a busy office environment
* Experience with Xero or similar accounting software is desirable
* Previous experience in a sales support, admin, or coordination role preferred
