Mentorship & Coaching : Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Developer
A strong track record of delivering technically complex projects in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.
Solid experience in JavaScript development (Node.js, React/NextJS).
A background in project management is a bonus.
With new offices in the Southampton area this is a hybrid role, requiring you in the office on a regular basis, up to 3 times a week.
This Lead Developer role is paying up to £85,000 depending on experience and offer great future potential as the team grows over the coming year.
