Job Title: Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager
The Responsibilities/Job Description
This role involves working on a range of projects, including:
* Developing and maintaining client relationships
* Interviewing clients to understand activities and value drivers for their businesses
* Determining key industry features influencing transaction pricing
* Benchmarking market prices across industries and transaction types
* Documenting and designing transfer pricing policies
* Drafting transfer pricing reports
* Supporting clients with tax authority enquiries and Advanced Pricing Agreements
* Participating in global documentation projects for multiple jurisdictions
* Coordinating with various teams across the business
* Coaching and developing junior staff
* Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives
The Person
We are looking for candidates with:
* Qualifications such as CTA, CA, ACA, ACCA, or a degree in economics, finance, law, or accounting
* At least 3 years of transfer pricing experience, including documentation, analyses, and project management
* Sound judgement and risk evaluation skills
* Strong analytical and commercial skills
* High drive, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
* Good commercial awareness and a desire to develop expertise
* Technical knowledge and understanding of ethical/risk issues
* Excellent communication, people skills, and project management abilities
* Proficiency in MS Office; understanding of technology in compliance is desirable

Requirements
Qualifications and experience:
* Same qualifications as above
* Minimum 3 years of transfer pricing experience including documentation, functional analyses, benchmarking, and supporting tax authority interactions
Skills:
* Strong project management and process design skills
* Experience in transition, change management, and stakeholder engagement
* Risk evaluation, analytical skills, and commercial acumen
* Enthusiasm, positive attitude, and technical up-to-date knowledge
* Excellent communication and client engagement skills
* Understanding of technology in compliance is a plus
