Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operational management of the branch, ensuring safe and effective delivery of complex care packages.
Recruit, retain, and manage a suitably skilled workforce capable of supporting clients with high and varying levels of need.
Maintain robust standards of quality, compliance, and clinical governance in line with regulatory requirements.
Oversee audits, documentation, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.About You
Proven experience in a registered care management or senior operational role within complex care or community-based services
Demonstrable experience overseeing complex care packages, including higher-acuity and clinically led support
