Description This role requires regular travel on an as-needed basis within the our Zone 2 geography, with an emphasis on the North-West, Yorkshire and Humber; and East Midlands part of the zone. What you'll do As a Response Specialist at Sainsbury's, you will play a crucial role in managing incidents and risks to ensure the safety and welfare of colleagues and customers across geographic locations. Your responsibilities will include conducting end-to-end management of Response Sheet & Post Incident Risk Review, investigating root causes of incidents, collaborating with the crime and security team to implement long-term risk reduction strategies, and analysing data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. You will need to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, drive change initiatives, and lead efforts to enhance safety measures through robust process management and stakeholder engagement, ultimately reducing risks and ensuring a secure environment for all. Who you are As a Response Specialist at Sainsbury's Channel Operations, you are a dedicated professional with proven integrity and confidentiality, adept at applying policies and procedures to make sound decisions in managing incidents and risks to colleague and customer safety. Your collaborative approach enables you to work effectively across different business functions, utilising your comprehensive understanding of criminal investigations and law to address security challenges. With your strong analytical skills and ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation, you drive continuous improvement, mitigate risks, and ensure the safety of colleagues and customers through proactive and reactive support measures.
