What you’ll do
To provide top-notch sales enablement and e-learning materials for our sales team members, enhancing their knowledge, selling skills, and ultimately aiding them in securing business.
* Working within the Sales Enablement Team, produce a roadmap of key content items that will be produced each quarter, ensuring this aligns to wider GTM plan of product launches and initiatives
* Develop a job tracker to ensure status of creative design jobs are surfaced within relevant teams, including any blockers or risks to delivery timelines
* Using the appropriate Adobe application (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), produce high quality sales enablement material that help tell a story for our sales teams and in turn, their customers, bringing key product or prop selling points to life in a digestible format that is on-brand
* As part of the design process, refine copy provided by marketing and product stakeholders to ‘fit’ within the design of the asset being produced, ensuring tone is appropriate for the audience it serves
* Upskill and develop knowledge of Highspot platform to be able to product overview pages for upcoming product and proposition launches each quarter
* Alongside the wider Sales Enablement Team and core Product Communities, develop and build relevant e-learning modules within the Highspot platform, linking these to the wider assets available and integrating these into core sales communication tools to ensure exposure and use
* Report back on the delivery of assets each quarter and how they have been utilised in-platform, helping to form justification for development, or not, in new tools moving forward
Who you are
* Proficient in design and able to use Adobe Creative + relevant apps within O365 to produce sales materials
* Able to work to a supplied brief and manage their own time to meet deadlines
* Able to work across multiple projects at once
* Appreciates and understand how copy can be refined to suit different audiences
* Willing to test and learn and put forward recommendations for ways to improve processes, content or ways of working
* Able to manage multiple stakeholders from multiple areas of the business
* Able to showcase and present ideas to a senior audience
* Has worked to build content in a CMS platform
* Understands the IT and Telco market and specifically the B2B channel
* Has worked in sales enablement previously and understands the role it plays
* Has worked with large and complex sales team structures
