Freezywater St George's is a friendly, warm and welcoming one-form entry school. We are looking for a experienced Learning Assistant preferably with a Level 3 qualification in child care. As a member of Freezywater St George's school staff, you will be part of a team that works together to support children and their learning. You will be expected to support and encourage the ethos of a Church of England school, its vision, values, and motto 'Believe and Achieve'.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* A passion and commitment to outstanding Phonics and SEND in KS1.
* Ability to support children during meal and snack times.
* Ability to support children's care routines.
* Experience of maintaining high standards of care for children at all times.
* A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment in which every child is encouraged to flourish through support interventions.
The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with other members of staff and children, and will have worked in a school environment. Our school is an inclusive, creative school, committed to child-initiated learning through a topic-based approach to the curriculum.
