My client is seeking an aplished Global Benefits Leader to design, implement, and manage benefit and mobility programmes for a global workforce of approximately 40,000 employees, with a strong focus on the UK.
Your new role
This is a pivotal role where you’ll build the global benefits function from the ground up, ensuring programmes are strategically aligned,pliant with legislation, and deliver an exceptional colleague experience. Reporting to the Reward Director, you’ll partner closely with HR stakeholders, business leaders, and the Reward team to embed a forward-looking benefits strategy that leverages digital innovation, automation, and analytics.What You’ll Do
1. Develop and execute global benefits and mobility strategy.
2. Lead and develop a team of 4 specialists.
3. Oversee annual benefit renewals and vendor management.
4. Manage day-to-day global benefits administration.
5. Partner with senior stakeholders to drive total reward initiatives.
6. Deliver clearmunications to ensure employees understand and access benefits.
7. Drive digital transformation and automation within benefits systems.
What you'll need to succeed
8. Extensive experience in global benefits design and delivery.
9. Strong knowledge ofpliance requirements across jurisdictions.
10. Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
11. Expertise in vendor management and benefits renewal cycles.
12. Familiarity with digital transformation and continuous improvement.
13. Previous experience with insurance, multinational pooling, and reward policies.
