The Talent Attraction Administrator plays a pivotal role in streamlining the recruitment process for the specialised nuclear industry. You will leverage proven administrative expertise, in-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, and a comprehensive understanding of industry regulations to assist with various complex tasks. Your proactive approach, problem‑solving skills, and commitment to building a diverse and qualified workforce will be crucial for attracting top talent to GBE‑N.

Remote / Hybrid working pattern, 1 day per week in our Warrington office.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
* Possess a strong understanding of job analysis methodologies and the ability to translate job requirements into compelling and targeted job descriptions that attract diverse talent pools.
* Act as a primary contact for our Resourcing Framework Organisations, managing the end‑to‑end process including releasing roles / levels, sending job descriptions, coordinating CV flow internally, organising interviews, interpreting feedback, and communicating this in an appropriate and constructive way.
* Oversee the complete onboarding process for permanent employees, secondees and contractors. This includes conducting Right to Work checks for audit purposes, managing BPSS processing, handling declarations of interest (DOIs) and non‑disclosure agreements (NDAs), issuing joining instructions, and ensuring all pre‑employment compliance requirements are accurately completed.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, including senior management, hiring managers, and external partners, fostering collaboration and alignment within the talent acquisition function.
* Maintain and update project trackers with accurate, up‑to‑date information to enable effective reporting and informed decision‑making.
* Create and process purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy in contract terms, verifying data sources, confirming total calculations, and managing receipt processes.
* Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks for resourcing and contractor management, supporting audit readiness and regulatory requirements.
* Perform regular audits of employee files, manual contracts, and Right to Work/BPSS documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
* Provide administrative system support, including password resets, creating and maintaining user accounts, managing communication channels for system updates, and coordinating training sessions to assist users.
* Carry out additional and ad‑hoc tasks as requested, providing support to the Talent Attraction team and the wider People team function.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required
* Strong track record of experience within the recruitment function, with a strong track record of success in the nuclear industry or another highly regulated sector.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex recruitment challenges, develop innovative solutions, and make strategic decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence diverse stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced and demanding environment.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a related field, is preferable or the equivalent experience.
