Love messy play, mini milestones, and magical storytime? We’re looking for nurturing and proactive Early Childhood Learning Assistants to support nursery and Reception‑aged children in schools and early years settings across Lewisham.
You’ll help little learners settle, explore, and thrive—whether that’s guiding play, supporting early phonics, or offering a calm voice when big emotions take over.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in nursery, EYFS or early years settings
* A warm, patient and hands‑on approach
* Understanding of the EYFS framework
* SEND experience is a plus

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
