About the Role
The Community Contracts Assistant will provide essential contract support to the Head of Contracts and Contract Officers in their management and review function of a range of Independent Sector contracts with the non-statutory sector, responsible for all administration support to contract review and performance meetings as well as sourcing and providing all necessary support documentation.
Essential Criteria
1. HNC/HND or equivalent/higher qualification in an administrative related field AND 1 years' experience in a clerical/administrative role
OR
2. 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language and Maths or equivalent/higher qualification AND 2 years' experience in a clerical/administrative role, at least 1 of which should be in a contracts admin role
OR
3. 3 years' experience in a clerical/administrative role, at least 1 of which should be in a contracts admin role
4. Experience in the use of Microsoft office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Access Databases and Word
5. Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for the use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment. This criterion will be waived in the case of applicants whose disability prohibits driving but who have access to a form of transport approved by the Trust which will permit them to carry out the duties of the post.
