BiP is recruiting for an Account Executive to join our Public Sales team. We are excited to offer this role, following the internal progression of a team member to Business Development Manager.
The Role
You will work with a talented, knowledgeable, and supportive team. Our team is delivering excellent results and building strong momentum, making us very optimistic about the future.
This is a well-established role within our team. As we aim to grow our market presence, the role has evolved from providing account support to our Business Development Manager to also acquiring and retaining your own customer base.
What’s Involved
This role offers variety and supports the team’s commercial objectives. Your activities will include:
* Gaining in-depth knowledge of our products and systems, eventually becoming an ambassador for our portfolio.
* Onboarding clients and delivering excellent client experiences.
* Representing the team at our events.
* Developing skills in the full sales cycle to acquire new customers.
* Learning about our market and building external relationships through outreach, including LinkedIn.
More About You
You should have sales experience in both acquisition and account management, ideally in a technology-based environment. We will support your understanding of our products, systems, and market.
Beyond sales skills, you will demonstrate positivity, curiosity, and a proactive mindset. Our recruitment model supports your development from an Account Executive to a Business Development Manager.
