Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Finisher/Handyman to join a busy new build housing site in Harworth (DN11). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in finishing works and customer care to secure long-term work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Mastic application in kitchens, bathrooms, and wet areas
* Plastering and patching
* Interior and exterior painting
* Final snagging and touch-ups
* Customer care and post-handover repairs
* Working closely with site teams to ensure high standards
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role on new build sites
* Own tools and PPE
* Reliable and punctual
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
