Account Executive, Commerce Activation
This role is designed to execute Commerce activations as part of our agency group Mindshare. The role is responsible for supporting buys executed via retail media networks, with a strong focus on Amazon advertising across Search & DSP.

The candidate will report to the Retail Media Account Director. Working within the Mindshare Commerce team, they will be integral to achieving client goals by developing and optimizing activity within search and display across our Retail Media Networks. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about this fast-growing space and eager to develop a career within digital and eCommerce. They should be able to articulate key features and benefits of Retail Media Networks.
In this role, you’ll be involved in the end-to-end campaign process, from competitive research to tactical optimization and performance reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage search and programmatic media activations across several retailer media networks, focusing on Grocery suppliers, including Criteo and Citrus for search.
2. Execute campaign setup, bid recommendations, and budgeting to meet client goals, utilizing retail bid management technologies such as Pacvue or Skai where applicable.
3. Optimize client accounts to meet their KPIs.
4. Ensure ongoing campaign compliance with GroupM guidelines and best practices.
5. Prepare campaign performance reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
6. Identify insights and optimizations using historical data and competitive research.
7. Address technical issues with media campaign serving.
8. Understand key drivers of performance with Grocery retailers and other marketplaces like Drug/Pharmacy.
9. Assist with reconciliation, invoicing, billing, trafficking, and data mapping to internal campaign management platforms.

8. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is helpful.
